Alluria is a family owned winery with all natural wine production. All our wines are produced from Armenian grape varieties with wild indigenous yeasts, spontaneous fermentation. Alluria is the name of a river that flowed next to the village where the family has originated.

Aroma: wild pear, forest fruits, quince, peach.
Taste: peach, wild pear, quince, grapefruit, pineapple, fresh acidity, light gas.
Food pairing: sushi, fruits, salads, dried and aged cheeses, appetizers, desserts.
In the bottle, light golden flake like sediments are acceptable, due to the fact that the wine is lightly filtered.
