The trademark NOA symbolizes the origin of viticulture and winemaking. According to the Bible, Noah planted the first vineyards on the sunny slopes of Ararat. Recent excavations have revealed that viticulture has been practiced in our region near the village of Areni for over 6100 years, which has inspired Jakob Schuler from the 325-year-old Schuler Winery in Switzerland to create the "Noah of Areni" in this sacred land of wine.
Produced from the best plots of Armenian indigenous noble variety Areni (100%) from our estate vineyards in Rind and Aghavnadzor villages, this wine is complex yet harmonious, expressing rich flavours of red cherry, raspberry, blackcurrant, subtle violet notes with a touch of spiciness and lingering finish.
