The trademark NOA symbolizes the origin of viticulture and winemaking. According to the Bible, Noah planted the first vineyards on the sunny slopes of Ararat. Recent excavations have revealed that viticulture has been practiced in our region for over 6100 years, which has inspired Jakob Schuler from the 325-year-old Schuler Winery in Switzerland to create the "Noah of Areni" in this sacred land of wine.
Hand harvested finest selected grapes of Areni from the best plots of our estate vineyards in Rind and Aghavnadzor villages have created this outstanding wine, aged in new French oak for over 12 months. It is opulent and rich, with powerful yet well integrated tannic structure, elegant flavours of red cherries and dried plum, with caramel and vanilla notes, leading to a complex lingering finish.
